Mayen Udoh

Mayen Udoh is a Houston native of Nigerian descent. She started her wellness and mindfulness journey in 2015. She has been teaching yoga since 2021 and received her WSET 1 in 2023 when she started teaching for Vino Vinyasa.

She says, “I love meeting and connecting with new people from all walks of life. It is always my pleasure to be of service to you. I offer in person or virtual private yoga services (prenatal, rehabilitative, restorative); mindfulness experiences (corporate, private events); sound healing services.”
